What is the limit for the number of websites allowed under one plan?
Each of our WordPress care plans allows for one website per account. If you require hosting, maintenance, and support for multiple websites, please reach out to us to chat further.
What happens if I exceed the Quick Fixes or Content Edits in my monthly plan?
Our priority is to provide excellent service and ensure all work falls within what is included in your monthly WordPress care plan.
However, if we determine you may exceed your plan’s limits, we will notify you before any additional billable hours are incurred. If additional work is approved, you will be billed at the rate of $85 USD / $110 CAD an hour, with any discounts applied included in your Care Plan:
- Advance Care Plans – 20% Discount
- Standard Care Plans – 10% Discount
- Essential Care Plans – No Discount
How long do I need to wait for help if there is an issue?
Advanced and Elite Care clients receive the fastest response times. However, for all clients, we prioritize ‘urgent’ tickets (issues affecting website functionality or causing pages to break) and begin working on them as soon as possible.
For non-urgent questions and requests:
• We provide an estimated time frame, typically within a few hours of receiving the request
• Work can be completed as quickly as the same day
• Most tasks are completed within 2 business days
Can I have my web designer build my WordPress website, and still be on a Care Plan?
Certainly! We offer two options for website development:
- We can set up a staging environment on our server where your developer can build your website.
- If your developer builds the site elsewhere, we’ll migrate it to our server for FREE when it’s time to launch.
We’re flexible and happy to accommodate your preferred development process.
Do you offer email services? Can you set up my email for me?
After a thorough evaluation of email services, WP Lifeline has decided not to offer email addresses as an upgrade or add-on to our existing WordPress Care Plans.
Our decision is based on the following considerations:
- Email hosting requires dedicated resources to meet high professional standards, including: Reliable deliverability, effective spam filtering, sufficient storage, and consistent uptime
- We recognize the importance of professional business communications
- Dedicated email hosting providers offer better scalability and enhanced features.
We recommend using services like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, which are tailored for advanced email services and offer guarantees such as uptime and comprehensive support.
Our commitment is to deliver exceptional WordPress services. We are ready to assist our clients in selecting optimal email solutions to meet their specific needs.
Am I locked into a contract?
