Just a quick heads-up: WordPress 6.8.1 has been released—and we’ll be rolling it out to all our client websites over the next 24 hours.
This is a maintenance release, which means it doesn’t introduce new features but focuses on fixing minor bugs and polishing things behind the scenes. In total, it includes 15 small improvements across various areas of WordPress, including the Block Editor, multisite support, and the REST API (a system used to connect your website with other apps and services).
While most of these changes aren’t visible, they help keep everything running securely and reliably.
